Spleen Arcana

Blockfish & Floorfish are two plugins from the Digital Fish Phones free “Fish Fillets” package. Blockfish is a versatile compressor, a kind of swiss knife of compressors (and you can remove the front plate to make further adjustments on the circuit board!!) and the Floorfish is a simple expander/gate. I’m using them mainly on the drums kick because I really like how the Blockfish comp reacts on the kick. It works well on the snare too but I still prefer the Classic comp. Those two plugins are really easy to use and even if it’s free, you’ll surprise yourself by using them among other expensive plugins. It can be the right tools for a specific situation.
