Well, being compared to Steven Wilson (a true master of progressive music)and having a song which sounds like Opeth (another great progressive band) it's amazing!
I imagine how happy you must be, seeing such a good thing happening!
Though I must agree when she says that it's a dream that makes more sense to you. When we listen to your music there's a very sad message, it's like we felt your pain, but what we (listeners) don't know is if it's a real pain or some kind of imagined feelings that get to us.
At least that's what goes through my mind when I listen to your album, because it sounds like a sad love story, like if the songs where about a broken heart trying to live again or just giving up

I can really understand this and I think that the thin line between live again and give up is a good way to describe what is "spleen", which is not just a human organ despite what many people think
It's true about the dream making more sens to me because releasing an album was a dream of its own to my eyes and then, I think it's really a chance to share feelings through music or art in general. This first album is really personal, the second one should be less introspective.
But above all, it's great to be reviewed in this magazine which is already the reference in terms of progressive rock, even more as an truly independant release
So this album and it's message are real, are about you and what's inside your mind after all. I'm just saying this because it feels authentic, the sound and the lyrics are very deep, and that's very good.
And I really admire solo musicians, it takes a lot of dedication and hard work, but above all, it takes dreaming and never giving up. That's the biggest strength anyone can have, following their dreams like you did.
And now you were rewarded for all that work and for your fight!
This is enormously big for you, Julien. It must be the best award for you to read such words for your own work in true meaning. You recorded, produced, mixed, mastered, even released and advertised your work. It's really for every praise. And such words where reviewer compare you with Steve Wilson, it just justify how talented musician you are and how we, just usual people, are lucky to know someone like you, who's so down on earth and not in clouds. Now, more than ever, I am waiting eagerly for the new album. As I'd like to hear it very soon, my advice for you is that you shouldn't hurry, take your time, all your knowledge, creativity and potential, measure it and I am sure you're gonna give us something more brilliant.
All the best.
Hey thank you so much Astrallis!! I truly appreciate to read this! Of course, it's always great to read good reviews about your music because it is a hard work and something trying to be as sincere as possible and it's even greater to read nice comments from people all over the world!
So I hope that my second album won't disappoint of course... I'm working on recording something different but still in the same vein of the first album.
Many thanks again
