I can’t believe I didn’t write here since August! Anyway, I’m still working on SAII, finding new ideas, inspired by new influences. I’m working more on sound in itself than anything else actually and it’s very exciting!
Time for December playlist! Strong Pink Floyd mood these days… My three favourite albums remain Dark Side, Wish You Were Here and Animals – Such a perfect trilogy! Beside Pink Floyd, I received two great obscure gems some days ago : Armageddon’s eponym album, wild vintage heavy prog, and Hoodoo Man by Birth Control, excellent Hammond driven progressive rock.
What’s on your playlist? Any proggy Christmas albums? ;) (I like the Jethro Tull Christmas album by the way)

Want some proggy Christmas album? Try The December People “Sounds Like Christmas”. You can’t really get more prog and more Christmas than that without breaking the laws of physics.
I’d link to my own review, but my blog has gone under for technical reason (hopefully getting fixed soon).

Wish You Were Here has been on my playlist since the SACD edition arrived – I play it almost every day! Also on my playlist is Fragile by Yes. A longtime Christmas album for me is -hang on!- White Eagle by Tangerine Dream, as it was debuted on Hungarian State Radio at Christmas 1982 or 1983, so almost every time I play it, it conjures up images and scent of the lit christmas tree ;-)

@Alias : I listened to one of the December People songs, very good indeed!! I’ll read your review ;)
@Epsilon ; Fragile and Wish You Were Here, it could be my desert island albums :) I don’t know White Eagle but Tangerine Dream is one of my fav bands!
Thanks for your comments!

The blog is back online, so you can read the reviews of Sounds Like Christmas as well as their last one (which I found out about just after having typed my comment), Rattle & Humbug”.
